RiteTech was founded by IT veterans with years of work experiences taken from roles as telecommunications experts, IT consultants, systems engineers, IT security, developers, and IT project managers in organizations of all types and sizes.

At RiteTech, our company's core commitment and principal key to success is to focus on quality and service above all else.  This means that we focus only on products and services that we passionately believe in, that our staff knows inside and out, and that we would and could depend on in our own small business operations.  Unlike many other IT companies, when you call RiteTech - you generally speak with a live person immediately.  In the rare cases where you don't, calls for existing clients are returned within minutes of leaving or sending a message.

RiteTech offers a dynamic, progressive, and exciting work environment.  The work day flies by at RiteTech, and every day is a little different.  In addition to offering training and professional development opportunities, full-time/permanent employees enjoy optional participation in a company health, dental, and 401k retirement plan (upon eligibility).

RiteTech LLC is privately owned, and incorporated in the state of Virginia.  Our founders and core staff are Information Technology veterans who have worked for and in a number of organizations of all sizes, types, and missions - including professional consulting firms, telephone companies, a non-profit ISP, a public utility, technology companies, government agencies, and financial services.
