We work with each client to understand
their unique needs. Our primary concern is to be honest,
sincere, thorough, and accurate - so that we can provide our clients
with the best information and outcomes for their IT investments.
- IT Project and Program Management
Our approach is to listen first, communicate well,
organize for success, and to use the appropriate tools and
methodologies for the job. Where appropriate, we use
techniques such as the Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF), best
practices from the PMI PMBOK, Agile iterative development
methods, as well as appropriate concepts from the SEI/CMM
model. However, "appropriate tools for the job" also means using
only the appropriate amount of formality that a project calls
for.
