Response Point is a powerful small business phone system (for up to 50 stations) with no per-user or license fees, that's as easy to use as an iPod- even for features like transfer, call park, and 3-way conference. RP features full Caller ID support (both on phone displays and on PC screens), Click-to-Call dialing, speech recognition, full built-in voicemail - including forward of voicemail to e-mail if desired (and optional automated transcription of VMs, too!), automated receptionist/company directory, multi-line capability, department & group names (e.g. "Billing", "Prescriptions", etc.), and automatic forward of voicemail to e-mail attachments.
